Home / Pastoral Care and Wellbeing
At Al Rabeeh Academy
At Al Rabeeh Academy, we place a strong emphasis on pastoral care and the well-being of our students,
recognising that emotional and mental health are integral to academic success and personal growth. Our pastoral care programme is designed to create a supportive, nurturing environment where every student feels valued, respected, and listened to. We provide a range of services aimed at supporting students’ emotional well-being, fostering resilience, and helping them navigate any challenges they may face.
Ms Nuura, our dedicated School Counsellor, plays a key role in this process. She works closely with students, offering guidance and support through one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and classroom activities. Whether students need help managing stress, building self-confidence, or resolving conflicts, Ms Nuura is there to provide the tools and strategies they need to thrive.
At Al Rabeeh Academy, we are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all students. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying and work actively to promote kindness, respect, and understanding. Through education and support, we empower students to stand against bullying and foster positive relationships.
We also hold coffee mornings for parents, providing additional information, guidance, and support in a relaxed setting. These gatherings foster open communication between parents and the school, helping to address concerns and promote well-being for the entire school community.
We collaborate with teachers, parents, and the wider school community to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being, aiming to nurture not just academic excellence but emotional and social development, building well-rounded, confident individuals.
